Composition and Introduction of Micro Linear Guides
The rolling linear guide consists of a slide rail, slider, steel ball, reversing device, oil cup, seal, etc.
When the linear guide rail is in operation, the shot put rolls in a raceway made of high-quality alloy steel between the sliding rail and the slider, which is processed by high hardness treatment and dense grinding. The slider easily moves in a high-precision linear motion along the sliding rail by infinite cyclic motion through the return devices at both ends of the slider. Compared with traditional sliding guidance, the friction coefficient of rolling guidance can be reduced to 1/50 of the original. Due to the greatly reduced starting friction, there are relatively fewer ineffective movements, making it easy to achieve μ m level feed and positioning. In addition, the design of the restraint unit between the slider and the guide rail allows the linear guide rail to bear a certain amount of torque, while also bearing loads in various directions such as up, down, left, and right.
The reverse device is equipped with dust-proof sealed end caps at both ends, which can effectively prevent dust and nitrate from entering the interior of the slider. The lubrication of the linear guide is achieved by injecting lubricant into the oil cup.
