1. High work accuracy
The motion of linear guides is achieved by rolling, which not only reduces the friction coefficient to 1/50 of sliding guides, but also reduces the difference between dynamic and static friction resistance, achieving smooth motion, reducing impact and vibration, and avoiding crawling phenomena. Therefore, it can achieve UM level feed and positioning accuracy, which is beneficial for improving the response speed and sensitivity of CNC coefficients.

Due to the very low friction force during linear guide motion, only a small amount of power is needed to make the machine move, resulting in significant power loss. Additionally, the heat generated by friction is minimal, making it suitable for high-speed, frequent starting and reversing of moving parts.

The linear guide rail is equipped with an oil cup on the slider, which can be directly filled with oil and grease, or connected to an oil supply pipe for automatic lubrication of the machine, reducing its wear and enabling the machine to maintain precision operation for a long time.

The linear guide rail has good dust-proof performance. The two ends of the slider are equipped with sealed end caps, and the bottom can use sealed film. At the same time, the fixing screw holes of the slide rail are equipped with dust-proof screw hole caps to prevent dust accumulation, thus ensuring the service life and performance of the product.
5. Easy installation and easy interchangeability
Due to the use of precision machining technology, the straightness of the slide rail is high, the installation screw hole error in the slide rail is small, and the installation is convenient. The linear guide rail has interchangeability, and the slider or slider or even the linear guide rail can be replaced separately, which can enable the machine to achieve high precision again.
6. High carrying capacity. Strong rigidity
The linear guide adopts a Gothic four point contact design, with a reasonable ratio of circular arc grooves, which not only reduces contact stress, but also greatly improves load capacity and stiffness compared to V-shaped flat ball point contact. Due to the symmetrical four point control of the copper ball, it can simultaneously bear loads from all directions around it, and there is almost no displacement phenomenon, so it has stronger rigidity and can maintain high accuracy.
