The micro linear guide rail has rolling friction, with a friction coefficient of 1/40 of the sliding friction coefficient. In addition, the material surface hardness is high, which can maintain the wear resistance of the guide rail for a long time and maintain the walking accuracy of the working parts. Due to its low frictional resistance, only a small amount of power is needed to move the moving parts. Friction generates minimal frictional heat, allowing moving parts to move at high speeds.
The structure of the micro linear guide provides the same rated load capacity in all four directions during design, making the product suitable for various installation methods. During assembly, the entire set of linear guides only needs to be installed on the assembly reference surface of the machine and tightened with screws, ensuring installation accuracy. Therefore, assembly is convenient and maintenance is easy.
