Linear guides are high-precision moving accessories that require great care during installation or disassembly, otherwise they may cause unevenness on all sides and result in a decrease in accuracy.

What are the common problems encountered when disassembling linear guides? What issues do we need to pay attention to again?

1. The end and side of the linear guied slider have plastic parts, and hard tools should not be used for hammering during installation. During trial operation after installation, do not let any objects hit it. If the plastic part breaks, the ball will roll out and the slider will also fall off.

2. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the components of the linear guide rail at will, which will affect the accuracy and flexibility. It is also strictly prohibited to install non compliant ball bearings on the linear guide rail at will.

3. Do not remove the slider from the linear guide unless necessary. If it must be removed, align the auxiliary linear guide first and then remove the slider.

4. When cleaning, it is necessary to dry the lubricating oil before adding lubricating oil. It is not allowed to operate without lubricating oil.
