As a functional component, the rolling linear guide pair has been widely used in various mechanical equipment, especially in machine tools, due to its unique properties.

So, what should we pay attention to when installing linear guide pairs?

1. To check the installation surface, it is necessary to remove burrs on the installation reference surface with an oilstone and wipe it clean with a clean cotton cloth.

2. Gently place the rolling guide pair on the installation surface, and make sure that the straight guide base surface is in close contact with the base reference surface, so that the reference surface is attached to the side installation positioning surface.

3. Tighten the screws one by one to the bottom, and then turn them back half a turn. On the one hand, this confirms whether the distance and depth between the screws are appropriate, whether there are foreign objects blocking them, and on the other hand, it provides space for applying force to the side of the guide rail later.

4. Tighten the side screws (or other side fixing devices) in order from the middle to both sides, so that the guide rail side base and the base side base are tightly fitted. Under the condition of ensuring installation accuracy, the locking force should not be too large, and the recommended torque for the installation screws of the rolling rail pair is often limited to 1/3 of the value.

5. Gently move the platform onto the sliding seats of the main and auxiliary rails, use a torque wrench to first lock the lateral tightening screws on the moving platform, and then proceed with installation according to the positioning sequence.

After the installation of the rolling linear guide pair is completed, manually push the skateboard smoothly; Check if each lubrication point is adequately lubricated; Check for any abnormal noise or shaking.
