We should all know that linear guides are actually relatively high-quality products. Due to their reasonable planning and simple operation, problems are still inevitable during use. In order to effectively reduce the frequency of problems during use, we need to pay attention to the following points when assembling linear guides:

1、 If it is an interchangeable product, special attention should be paid when assembling it with linear guides, as the THK slider is mainly temporarily installed for axial walking use;

2、 If disassembling the linear guide rail privately, dust may enter during the disassembly process, resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of each part during assembly. Therefore, unless under special circumstances, do not disassemble the linear guide rail privately;

3、 Due to the need to tilt the linear guide when operating it, the slider may move, so we should pay attention to the sliding phenomenon of the THK slider;

4、 Standard linear guide end caps are made of plastic. If they are bumped or hit with a little force, it can easily cause damage, so extra attention should be paid during the operation process.
