Linear guide is a general term that includes sliders and trajectories. Linear guide rail, also known as linear slide rail, linear guide rail, guide rail, or slide rail, actually refers to the same thing. Generally speaking, linear guides refer specifically to square tracks with two or four tracks. Of course, some people also refer to linear bearings and optical axes as linear guides or circular guides.

Smooth and simple structure: The linear guide rail is equipped with an oil injection cup on the slider, which can directly inject oil and grease, or connect to the oil supply pipe to actively supply oil to the machine smoothly, reducing its wear and enabling the machine to maintain precision for a long time.

4. Strong dust prevention and sealing ability: The linear guide rail has outstanding dust prevention function. The two ends of the slider are equipped with sealed end caps, and the bottom can be selected with sealed film. The fixing screw holes of the slide rail are equipped with dust-proof screw hole covers to avoid dust accumulation and ensure the product's lifespan and function.

5. Convenient device and simple exchange: Due to the use of sophisticated processing skills, the straightness of the slide rail is high, and there are fewer errors in the screw holes of the device in the slide rail. The device is convenient, and the linear guide rail has interchangeability. It can replace the slider or slider or even the linear guide rail separately, allowing the machine to reach high precision from scratch.
