Extremely low friction and wear can maintain accuracy for a long time, achieving stable and smooth rolling during high-speed operation. Linear guide rail is an imported linear guide rail, which has many advantages such as low noise, high positioning accuracy, low wear and can maintain accuracy for a long time, and has therefore been widely used. There are several details that need to be mastered for the installation of linear guides: 1. Before installation, it is necessary to clear the machining burrs and dirt on the surface of the bed device. 2. Square the linear slide rail on the bed, so that the reference of the trajectory is aligned with the lateral device surface of the bed. 3. Lock the device bolts, but not completely tighten them, and make the trajectory reference plane as close as possible to the lateral device surface of the bed. Please pay attention to whether the bolts meet the requirements before installing the device. 4. Lock the trajectory positioning bolts in sequence to ensure a tight fit between the trajectory and the lateral device surface of the bed. 5. Install the device according to the steps 1 to 4, except for the paired trajectory.
