Hiwin HG Series Linear Rails

When storing linear guides, apply anti rust oil and seal them in designated envelopes, and place them horizontally, avoiding high, low, and highly humid environments. The operating environment temperature should not exceed 80 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 100 ℃.

1) The slider and slide rail may fall off due to their own weight after tilting, please be careful.

2) Tap or drop the slide rail, even if there is no visible damage, it may cause functional loss. Please be careful and pay attention.

3) Do not differentiate the slider by yourself, as it may cause foreign objects to enter or have a negative impact on assembly accuracy.

4) Linear guides should be placed in a room at room temperature.

5) Brush some rust proof oil on the guide rail.

6) To avoid evaporating the grease, a thin film should be wrapped around it.

7) Don't pile it up below, place it on one object.

Smooth linear guide rail

1) Please clean the rust proof oil first and then inject smooth oil (grease) for use.

2) Do not mix smooth oils (fats) of different properties for use.

3) When using smooth oil, it may vary depending on the installation method.
