Once these dust fall into the linear guide, they will show some adverse effects, such as increasing the wear of the guide, increasing the oscillation force of the machinery, and increasing the noise level, which will then cause other application problems.

Regarding the installation of linear guides, it is also necessary to be careful and meticulous. During the installation, it is not allowed to use strong stamping or heavy objects to install or strike the guide rails. Once the installation is found to be inappropriate, technical actions should be taken to install it. To prevent direct use of both hands to access such accessories, the correct approach is to clean your hands before use, remove stains and sweat, and then apply some mineral oil on the linear guide before proceeding with other operations. Especially in humid summer, it is necessary to do a good job of moisture-proof treatment.
