How to correctly install LGR series roller linear guide pairs?
The installation holes of LGR roller guide rail are twice as many as LG ball guide rail. When the guide rail pair bears a large upward tension (about half of the rated dynamic load), there will be a gap of more than 15 µ in the middle of the LG guide rail installation holes, while the LGR series only has a gap of 3-4 µ. Therefore, the LGR guide rail pair has to bear a large tension. The top surface of the LGR roller slider has 6 installation holes, while the top surface of the LG ball slider has 4 installation holes.
The LGR roller slider EA and FA are interchangeable, and the threaded bottom hole diameter of the EA slider is only 0.5mm larger than that of the screw, so the installation hole accuracy requirements for the customer's slide table are relatively high.
When the slider is subjected to an upward pulling force equivalent to the pre tightening force, the upward pulling stiffness of the flange type slider when tightened with 6 screws is increased by more than 20% compared to only tightening 4 screws. Therefore, if the LGR flange type slider is subjected to a large pulling force, it is recommended that customers tighten all the mounting holes of the slider with screws.

The contact state of the LGR roller guide pair groove is O-shaped, and the change in angular displacement when the slider is subjected to swinging torque has high rigidity. Unlike the LG series X-type self-aligning structure, if the installation surface error is too large, it will increase friction resistance and reduce service life. Therefore, the LGR roller guide pair requires higher installation surface accuracy from customers.
