The dosage of lubricating grease, viscosity of lubricating grease, and lubrication operating speed all have a significant impact on lubrication performance and interact with each other. Choosing lubrication methods that meet the usage conditions and purposes can fully utilize the performance of linear guide pairs.

Before adding new lubricating grease, the old grease and surrounding dirt should be wiped clean before adding new grease. If the lubricating grease does not come with an injection port, it can be directly applied to the track surface of the guide rail.

In order to ensure the correct entry of lubricating grease into the slider, the sealing end cover should be removed as much as possible and slid back and forth several times within the travel range to evenly distribute the lubricating grease.

If there is a dedicated supplementary tool, lubricating grease can be directly filled into the linear guide slider. It is necessary to rotate the slider by hand while supplementing, so that the lubricating grease can be evenly distributed until new grease overflows from the slider and nut periphery. Due to the stirring resistance of the lubricating grease, the resistance of the sliding block of the linear guide increases. After the lubricating grease is replenished, do not use the equipment immediately. It is necessary to test run it several times to ensure that the lubricating grease is fully compatible with the equipment and eliminate excess lubricating grease inside before using the equipment.
