Position the slider according to the predetermined position, gently place the workbench on the slider, align the installation hole of the workbench with the installation screw hole on the top surface of the slider, and simply fix the bolt.

Tighten the mounting screws on the slider in diagonal order by aligning the reference side of the slider on the reference guide rail with the step side of the worktable using positioning bolts. This will ensure even fixation of the worktable.

To avoid loosening caused by the impact of rolling elements during high-speed movement of the slider, it is preferred to use hexagonal socket head screws, and if necessary, apply thread glue to the threaded part to improve firmness. When installing with high precision or when the workbench is too long or wide, do not install it in diagonal order. Fix it in order from one side to eliminate installation stress and achieve higher precision.

After tightening the screws of the linear guide rail, in order to prevent dust and seal, a flat stopper needs to be used to gradually press the recessed hole cover into the installation hole until it is in the same plane as the top surface of the guide rail. If there is dust in the working environment, in addition to sealing the guide rail, dust prevention devices should also be considered.
