1. Prevent rusting

When directly picking up the linear guide rail by hand, it is necessary to thoroughly wash away the sweat on the hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before operation. Special attention should be paid to rust prevention in summer.

2. Keep the environment clean

Even if tiny dust that cannot be seen by the naked eye enters the guide rail, it is necessary to keep the linear guide rail and its surrounding environment clean, which will increase the wear, vibration, and noise of the guide rail.

3. Caution must be exercised during installation

During installation, the linear guide should be used carefully and cautiously. It is not allowed to forcefully drill installation holes or make excessive profits during drilling installation. It is not allowed to directly strike the guide rail and slider with tools such as hammers, nor is it allowed to transmit pressure through rolling elements.

4. Suitable installation tools

Use appropriate and accurate tools for installing linear guides. Try using specialized guide rail installation tools and avoid using cloth and short fibers.
