① Check the oil supply system of the micro linear guide rail and the oil film condition of the upper silver linear guide rail surface of the machine tool, adjust the oil supply valve to maintain sufficient oil film and good lubrication on the micro linear guide rail surface, and avoid dry friction;

② Using wear-resistant adhesive, repair the biting and pulling marks on the surface of the micro linear guide rail, and restore the flatness and surface roughness of the upper silver linear guide rail to the original accuracy requirements through scraping;

③ When using mechanical oil for heavy loads, if the effect is not significant, choose hydraulic silver linear guide oil with appropriate viscosity;

④ The increase in working temperature of lubricating oil is an important factor in oil oxidation. In order to slow down the rate of oil oxidation, the return oil of the machine tool should be cooled down to prevent the formation of oxidized gum. Regularly replace lubricating oil and test acid value indicators to determine the degree of oil oxidation based on whether the organic acid content in the oil has increased, in order to prevent the formation of oxidized gum and crawling.
