(1) Before installing the linear guide rail, carefully inspect and tidy up any burrs, dirt, and surface scratches on the mechanical workbench of the device. The linear guide rail is coated with anti rust oil before installation. Please wipe it clean with cleaning oil before installation. After removing the rust proof oil, the reference surface may rust easily. It is recommended to apply lubricating oil with low viscosity to the spindle.

(2) After quietly placing the main rail of the linear guide on the base, use lateral fixing screws or other fixing fixtures to ensure that the rail is quietly attached to the lateral device surface. Clean device bolts should be used to secure the linear guide rail before installation. At the same time, when inserting the device bolts into the device holes of the linear guide rail, it is necessary to confirm in advance whether the bolt holes are in compliance. If the hole does not match and the bolt is forcibly screwed in, it will reduce the accuracy.

(3) Tighten the stop screws of the linear guide in order from the distal end to the proximal end, so that the trajectory is in close contact with the transverse device surface. Use a torque wrench to tighten the device bolts to the specified torque. The tightening sequence of the bolts of the linear guide device is to start from the middle position and tighten them in order towards the end of the shaft, which can achieve stable accuracy.

(4) The other linear guides are also installed in the same way until all the devices are completed.

(5) Insert the hole cover into the bolt hole of the device until it is flush with the top surface of the linear guide rail.
