1. Do not disassemble the slider of the linear guide by yourself to avoid foreign objects entering and affecting accuracy and service life. The guide should be placed on a flat surface, otherwise it may deform.

2. If you need to install the guide rail straight, pay attention to whether the slider will fall off. If the slider accidentally slips off, you can contact the manufacturer.

3. Linear guide products advocate for use in clean environments, with a rated equipment protective cover outside the product to prevent dust and powder from entering, thereby affecting product accuracy and service life.

4. If there is a need to use linear guides in harsh environments, such as corrosive environments, it is necessary to communicate with the manufacturer to apply phosphoric acid coating or hard chrome plating to the linear guides.

5. The upper limit of the operating temperature for general linear guides is 80 degrees Celsius. If it exceeds this temperature, please communicate with the manufacturer and select a special linear guide product for you.
